This app doesnt work at all

I have read all the reviews, and invested my 99 cents to get this "overall decent app". Now I am out a buck.

iSplash wont open any pictures in my iPhoto library or anywhere on my desktop - all I get is a blank screen. Even when it says the file is open, I cant see it. If I select Save As, the greyscale version of the photo is saved - however, I cant see it, edit it, or add color to it in anyway. Even re-opening this new "Save As" version doesnt solve this issue.

This is truly disappointing and is misrepresentative. Avoid this and spend your 99 cents elsewhere.

Does anyone know how to get a refund for an app that doesnt work?
